1. deliver training as per session plan and course timeline using innovative engaging methods.
2. Conduct assessments mock interview and ensure students are job ready.
3 .Monitor students progress, provide counselling and reduce dropouts regular motivation and support.
4. Track placed/non placed candidates in coordination with the MIS executive.
5. Organize guest Lectures, field visits and industry interactions.
