Description
1.Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the MAYFAIR Group's mission and objectives.
2.Lead the implementation, administration & continuous enhancement of the Learning Management System to seamless user experience, content accessibility & alignment with organizational learning goals across all level.
3.Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
4.Design and Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
5.Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
6.Monitor and evaluate of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
7.Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
8.Analyse training feedback to determine whether the implemented course has achieved its goals
9.Evaluate the results of learning courses to improve the outcome of future training
