Assistant Professor- Pharmacy

Job Overview- We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Assistant Professor to join our Pharmacy department. The eligible candidate should possess strong academic knowledge, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to guiding students both academically and professionally. This role includes delivering lectures, developing course material, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and institutional development. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: B. Pharm from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. M. Pharm related discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is prefered. Skills Required: · Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge in key areas such as Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or Industrial Pharmacy. · Teaching Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations. · Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to mentor students and collaborate with colleagues. · Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines and academic standards. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and deliver courses in pharmacy and related disciplines. · Prepare course materials, lesson plans, laboratory manuals, and assignments in alignment with curriculum standards. · Conduct lectures, seminars, practical lab sessions, and assessments. · Supervise students' academic progress, research projects, and internships.
