Key Responsibilities: 1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients. 2. Managing multiple projects involving diverse technologies (.NET, PHP, JAVA). 3. Having experience in handling JAVA projects is an asset. . 4. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, with a keen eye on resource allocation and optimization. 5. Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams, assigning tasks and ensuring clear communication. 6. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. 7. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, technical challenges, and solutions. 8. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. 9. Oversee project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation. 10. Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to extract lessons learned and promote continuous improvement. 11. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management and technical staff. Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence within the project management team. Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as technical tools and platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
