Quality Executive

Description

1 - The position holder will be responsible to administer the company quality program in accordance with company requirements to establish, evaluate and develop procedures for maintaining high quality, safety and reliability. 2 - Ensure the document control of all SOP, Manual, Forms & Formats of the unit in co-ordination with Central Quality Team. 3 - Will manage multiple stakeholders within the organization to achieve standardization of Quality policies & indicators across the unit. 4 - Implementation of Quality standards across the unit in coordination with the Unit Leadership Team. 5 - Conduct quality improvement projects. 6 - Develop quality indicators in line with the quality policy and as per requirements of accreditation standards. 7 - Will ensure to achieve accreditation and certifications with minimum observations. 8 - Train the Unit Stakeholders in NABH policies & procedures. 9 - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Quality function. 10 - Technical knowledge of NABH standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is preferable. 11 - Quality & Safety Consciousness.
