1. Managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company.2. Capable of handling sales team of at least 20 members.
3. Carrying out Training and Motivating sales team and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Should be willing to travel extensively to find the potential markets and place our brand.
5. Capable of motivating team to push sales and do cross-selling.
6. Capable of handling distributors.
7. Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
8. Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators on weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
9. Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
10. Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives.
11. Cold calling distributors/vendors and selling services and products.
12. Liaising with other departments within the company.
13. Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.
Job Requirements
Graduation/BBA/MBA in Marketing
2-5 year experience in FMCG/Grocery company
