Description
Sales & Fundraising:
• Identify, approach, and close HNI, UHNI, and institutional investors for the AIF
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
• Build investor pipeline via cold calls, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Achieve quarterly/annual fundraising targets.

Investor Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with investors through proactive updates and performance reviews
• Organize investor meets, webinars, and portfolio reviews to drive retention and trust

Portfolio & Fund Oversight:
• Monitor fund allocation in real estate projects in collaboration with internal teams
• Track investment milestones and prepare detailed reports/investment memos
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
5+ years in AIF sales, wealth management, private banking, or real estate investment
