Description

1. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
2. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
3. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
4. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to
5. Preparing BBS ,Material Requirement certifying the same from client.
6. Budgetary limitations
7. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
8. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
9. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
10. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
11. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
12. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
