Description

1. Lead the execution of power distribution and meter billing operations across multiple sites.
2. Ensure on-ground implementation of project activities with a focus on timeliness quality and compliance.
3. Manage, motivate and monitor large field teams.
4.Oversee end to end meter reading billing, collection, customer services operations.
5. Maintain accountability for targets and service level agreements.
6. Conduct regular team meetings, training and performance reviews.
