1. deliver soft skill sessions on communication, team work, time management interview skills and work place ethics.
2. Build trainees confidence, grooming and adaptability to work place culture.
3. Conduct interactive activities role plays and mock interviews to make sessions engaging and impactful.
4. Counsel and motivate candidates to reduce dropouts and ensure job readiness.
5. Track student progress and document sessions, attendance and feedback.
6 .Support placement efforts by preparing candidates for real world employer expectation.
