The Odisha State Warehousing Corporation (OSWC) was set up in 1958 under the Agricultural Produce (Development and Warehousing) Corporations Act, 1956 which was a Central Act. The Corporation was subsequently brought under the purview of the Warehousing Corpor ations Act, 1962 – also a Central Act - by virtue of which the earlier Act was repealed. To become the preferred and dependable agency that can meet the warehousing needs to various sectors of the State economy by adopting state-of-the-art storage and logistic technology. The OSWC would constantly endeavour to provide quality service in the field of warehouse, logistic service and related activities with value addition to customers’ satisfaction. []
