Fatehgarh Ram Mandir

Fatehgarh Ram Mandir is a famous temple near fatehgarh village in the bhapur block of Nayagarh district. It stands proudly on a hill, about 40 km from Nayagarh town and 65 km from Bhubaneswar. Dedicated to Lord Rama, Mata Sita, and Lakshman, this temple has become a spiritual center for thousands of devotees from Odisha and beyond. The Holy Temple was inaugurated on 22 January 2024, aligning the occasion with the historic Pran Pratishtha of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

The temple was built with Baulamala stone, using a style similar to the Maa Tara Tarini Temple in Ganjam. The main Rekha tower rises to 65 feet, while the Bhadra and Mohan parts stand at 35 and 25 feet, respectively. The temple itself stands at an altitude of 1,632 feet above sea level, offering a peaceful and scenic view. Apart from the main deities, the temple complex also houses shrines for Lord Hanuman, Ganesha, Surya Narayan, Lord Chandrasekhar, and the holy Giri Govardhan. The serene atmosphere and spiritual energy make it a must-visit destination for devotees and tourists alike.
